Hey peeps, I'm challenging myself (and a few mates) to lose our weights till the 65-70 kg mark.
Why is it called Mission Chocolate... I have no idea. It just makes it sound epic and delightfully delicious at the same time.
We have till 31st of July 2011 to hit the 'zone' and get our abs showing.
And here's the deal, if I do not reach my goal... a free meal at Hungry Jacks/Burger King for everyone who has commented or 'liked' this post either via Facebook or the Blogger comment post.

Wish me the best(or otherwise) and we'll see how things go after 6 months.
P.S. Will keep you guys updated on my weight every few weeks or month on the (Mission Chocolate) side bar which is at the right side of this blog.

hi Ming
May i ask what is your height? cos your weight reduction has to take into consideration of your height. Besides exercise,do eat healthly. i would avoid the daily wine (cos of sugar) n the junk food.i look forward to seeing your 6-packs n muscular frame ;)
i have faith in you that you can do it when u set your mind to do something worthwhile.
When u reach your target, i will give you a treat, how's that for motivation *v*
